Return and Exchange Policy
We pride ourselves in featuring high quality expertly packaged merchandise.
Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. Below is a set of guidelines
to insure a quick and hassle –free return and exchange process.
- All returns must be accompanied
by a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #)
- Please inspect your order as upon arrival.
Do not dispose of the original carton or the packaging materials
until you have inspected your order and are satisfied with the
product you have received.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase,
you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt
as long as it is returned in new, unused and resalable condition.

Mon-Fri EST for your RMA number.
All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for
a refund, which may include an in store credit or credit to the original
method of payment. You will be credited for the total purchase price,
upon receipt of the product, less a 25% restocking fee. Returned
merchandise will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Please be
advised that credit card companies vary in the time they take to
post credits.
If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with
a gift certificate or was originally given to you as a gift, you
will receive an in store credit as your refund. Otherwise your credit
card will be credited. The in-store credit has no expiration date.
Privacy
Emila's is committed to protecting your privacy.
We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to
a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information
we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special
offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive
this information, you may send an e-mail to emilias@cox.net with "unsubscribe" as
the subject line. Emilia's does not sell, trade or rent your personal
